  1. How can I track my order status? An email with tracking no. will be sent every after purchase and you can check it on our Track Order Status page.
  2. Why am I getting separate shipping confirmation for items I've ordered? Different items are located in different warehouses; we work with various vendors around the world, and we have more than 5 warehouses worldwide.
  3. How much does shipping cost? Shipping worldwide is always FREE.
  4. How long is the delivery time? Standard shipping is 2-3 weeks. Even so, shipping can take up to 45 business days. Please note: Certain products in high demand may have a longer delivery time. If you haven’t received your order within 45 business days please contact our customer service at info@kiddoslab.com
  5. Do the sizes run large, small or true to size? Since we work with many different vendors our sizes vary. We recommend you measure your baby and order accordingly. If there is any problem with the size we're here to help just contact us and we will resolve the matter swiftly.
  6. What is your refund policy? We guarantee a full refund if you have not received your order or if it arrived damaged. You can view our full Refund Policy here.
  7. I have a typo in my shipping address, how can I correct it? If you typed the wrong shipping address, have a typo or want to change the address please send us an email as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped we cannot guarantee we can change the address, but will do our best to assist.
  8. Is my personal information protected? KiddosLab keeps to the highest industry standards. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the requested transaction and is not saved.
